The Pop Art Animal

Inspired by Andy Warhol’s ‘Endangered Species’ series, this is a bright and colourful collage and drawing based class. Children will learn to use torn and cut papers to create a collaged background for their chosen endangered species. They then use line to trace and replicate the texture and shape of the animal.

Ararimu School children can be collected from outside the school office at 3pm and will be walked over to the hall. If you would like your child collected from Ararimu School please contact the school office to allow this.

We will have a light afternoon tea and settle in and start creating.

The class will finish at 4.30pm.

Please bring a change of clothes if you feel your child needs it and parents are welcome to attend classes to support their children.

Maximum 10 children per class.
